my 1st visit to the dentist after many donkey years... damn scary sia.. the sound and the smell really freak me out sia... and when I spit the out.. I saw blood... alot lor.. the smell of the blood damn disgusting...

when the dentist helped me clean my teeth, I can feel my whole body stiff sia... lucky the whole process only last for 30 min nia... dentist saw one small black spot.. asked me not to worry.. can monitor then see how... well.. of cos.. y would I worry? at most if it is decayed... just pluck it out lor.. haha... optimistic? nope.. nope just avoiding the fact... lol... crappy me..
