gosh... waited for 1hr at the clinic... dunno why these few days I kept waiting and waiting... lucky got bring my hp along.. can play game.. if not sure bored to death...

cooked maggie mee with 5 big prawns and egg... I even tempt my hse mcp with my noodle... haha... wanted to take pic.. but dunno what I am doing also... cook liao immediately sit in front of the tv and eat liao... probably too hungry liao..

had my medicine also.. 1st time think that cough syrup so nice de.. quite sweet eh... haha.. doctor say give me a stronger dose of medicine cos my throat got infection... must avoid cold drinks and fried food... =.=''' like that I wont be able to enjoy good food liao... sad... nvm.. hope can help me lose weight also...

so far, my progress very slow.. only lose 0.5 kg in 1 mth plus nia... slow... too slow liao... hmmm...maybe must really be determined to do exercise liao...

gosh... feeling weaker and weaker... can knock out anytime sia.... think me go take a rest liao...
