the bad weather really bad.. the haze makes pple sick... seen a few pple lost their voice, fever, cough etc... everyone please take care.. drink lots of water... but dun drink too much hor.. later 水肿

once gastric.. very hard to recover... though gastric is not something new for me.. still dun like the feeling... full or not full also pain... very sickening...
