called pizza delivery, waited for almost 20 min before I was put through the operator... told him my contact number, my postal code and wanted to order my pizzas and ...

operator: "sorry mdm, our delivery service is not available now due to the overwhelming orders at the nearest branch near your residence... it might take some time... "

operator: (totally ignore my question and replied me) "we can give you 20% discount provided you pick up the food yourself at Compass Point..."

super pissed off... hello... if we need to collect the food ourselves, we might as well dine in right... as if we care abt the 20% discount... if Compass Point cannot deliver, then cannot ask Hougang Mall's branch to deliver meh... stupid right... if have to collect the food myself then it's not considered as delivery liao lor... no brains at all...

bo bian, asked my mum and sis to change and we went to Compass Pt to dine in... we thought it will be full house, cos the operator said "overwhelming orders".. reached there =.='''... not very full lor... got many empty seats lor... waited a while and we were brought to the seats... gave us a small table when there are 4 of us.. nvm we ordered our food and waited... service really slow... food not really fantastic also... dun really enjoy my food there... damn pissed off...
